Shelley Black and Laura Wood are well-known in New Mexico, both having worked in women's health at Dar a Luz Birth & Health Center for over 12 years each. We also have a childbirth education company named Blissborn.

Join Integrition Therapy: Couple's Therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT)
Pay: $50 – $53 per clinical hour | Status: Full-Time (W-2)
Location: Remote Telehealth or Hybrid in Los Ranchos / Albuquerque, NM

We’re looking for warm, independently licensed therapists who love working with couples—or want to deepen their skills in couples therapy—to join our team in the Albuquerque area. Whether you are already Gottman-trained or eager to learn, we will gladly sponsor your Gottman Method training!

Low-Acuity Outpatient Setting: Work with adult individuals and couples in a supportive, paperless environment using SimplePractice. No court-mandated cases or minors.
Comfortable Hybrid Space: Enjoy fully furnished office space in Los Ranchos or work hybrid/telehealth from anywhere.
Client-First Ethics: If you ever decide to transition out of the practice, your clients are welcome to stay with you.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer transparent, competitive pay structure with rare benefits for private practice therapists in NM:
Hourly Rate: $53/hour base for clinical sessions + $3/hour bonus for timely notes (completed within 48 hours).
Additional Pay: $10/hour bonus for weekend/holiday Medicaid sessions, $40/hour for client-paid no-shows, and $25/hour for paid team meetings, onboarding, and most mandated trainings.
Paid Time Off: ~2.5 weeks accrued PTO per year, plus earned sick pay and encouragement to actually use it!
Bonuses: Six-month milestone bonuses, end-of-year bonuses, and new-hire referral rewards.
Insurance & Retirement: Health insurance stipend, full dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.
Stipends & Professional Support: Reimbursement for your license, liability insurance, and CEs, plus paid Gottman Method training.
Who You Are
Licensed: You hold an independent license to practice in New Mexico (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LPAT).
Passionate About Relationships: You have experience with couples therapy or a strong interest in Gottman Method modalities.
Ethical & Grounded: You value strong client boundaries, organized documentation, and a collaborative, solution-minded workplace culture.
